Information collected : If you email with an enquiry or register on the Team Up booking system your name and email address are collected. All other personal data you provide on the booking site is optional. We may receive your card payment details if you choose to retain the card details on the site – again this is optional. When attended the classes you may be asked to complete a client enrolment form. Again all information you disclose is optional.

How your information is used : Your contact details are only kept for the purpose of emailed Newsletters informing you of class offerings and workshops. Your information is not shared with any third parties. If you have completed our client enrolment form we use this information for teaching purposes only. The Team Up site is a fully secure site so if you choose to keep your card payment details here they are never shared with any third parties. 

Security of information : Technical, administrative and physical security measures designed to protect your information at all times are fully maintained. Data is kept for 7 years to comply with current insurance policies. Both the Gaia Pilates website and the Team Up booking system are secure sites.

Your choices : You can opt out of receiving marketing communications from Gaia Pilates at any time. Either email info@gaiapilates.uk or use the unsubscribe option always included at the bottom of the emailed Newsletters. You can also email if you need to update/delete your information.
